Corporate Social Responsibility Policy

1.  Overview

Red Office Chairs Pty Ltd T/a Your Marketing Machines is a marketing service which provides Market Research Analytics, Growth Market Strategies, Marketing Execution and Paid Advertising for an all-round marketing service offering which is geared to produce real results for smart business owners.  Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is the business response to the sustainable development challenge and the way in which it manages its processes to produce a positive impact for all stakeholders.   We define CSR as follows:

  • Conducting business in a socially responsible and ethical manner;
  • Protecting the environment and the safety of all people;
  • Supporting all elements of Human Rights; and
  • Engaging, learning from, respecting and support the communities and cultures with which we work.

We will ensure that all matters of CSR are considered and supported in our operations, administrative matters and consistent with the stakeholders' best interests.  We are committed to ongoing learning and development to becoming a leader in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility. 

This policy applies to all activities undertaken by all employees and contractors.   

2.  Business Ethics and Transparency

YMM is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and corporate governance practices in order to maintain excellence in its daily operations, and to promoting confidence in our governance systems.
YMM will conduct its business in an open, honest and ethical manner. 
YMM recognises the importance of protecting all of our human, financial, physical, informational, social, environmental and reputational assets. 
YMM will advise all partners, contractors, suppliers and stakeholders of our CSR policy, and will work with them to ensure the policy is mutually viable for both parties. 
YMM is committed to measuring, auditing and reviewing the performance of its CSR programs. 

3.  Environmental Health and Safety

YMM is committed to protecting the health, wellness and safety of all individuals affected by our activities, including our employees, contractors, partners, stakeholders and public.  We will provide a safe and healthy working environment where practicable, and will not compromise the health and safety of any individual.  Our goal is to have no accidents and mitigate any impacts on the environment by working with our stakeholders to promote responsible environmental practices and continuous improvement.

YMM is committed to environmental protection and stewardship.  We recognises that pollution prevention, biodiversity and resource conservation are key to a sustainable environment, and will effectively integrate these concepts in our business decision-making.

It is the responsibility of all employees, contractors, partners and stakeholders to contribute to a safe working environment, for fostering safe working attitudes and for operating in an environmentally responsible manner.

4.  Stakeholder Relations

YMM will engage with all stakeholders, clearly, honestly and respectfully. 

YMM is committed to timely and meaningful dialogue with all stakeholders, including shareholders, customers, employees, government agencies and representatives, among others.

Employees and contractors are an important part of YMM.  Therefore we will ensure all employees and contractors are treated fairly, with dignity and consideration for their goals and aspirations, with diversity in the workplace welcomed. 
YMM will apply fair labour practices, while respecting the national and local employment laws of Australia. 
YMM is committed to providing equal opportunity in all aspects of employment and will not engage in or tolerate unlawful workplace conduct, including discrimination, intimidation, or harassment.

YMM will not tolerate human rights abuses, and will not engage or be complicit in any activity that solicits or encourages human rights abuse. 
YMM will always strive to build trust, deliver mutual advantage and demonstrate respect for human dignity and rights in all relationships it enters into, including respect for cultures, customs and values of individuals and groups.

YMM stresses collaborative, consultative, and partnership approaches in our community investment programs.  We will integrate Community Investment considerations into decision-making and business practices, and will assist in local capacity building to develop mutually beneficial relationships with communities. 
YMM will contribute to innovative programs in health, education, social services and environment, as well as cultural and civic projects. 
YMM will strive to provide employment and economic opportunities in the communities where we operate.
