IF YOU ARE NOT EXACTLY SURE IF AN IDEA IS GOOD, OR IF IT WILL WORK, OR IF THE COLOURS ARE RIGHT, OR IF THE COPY IS BORING, OR WHATEVER, DON’T THINK IT TO DEATH! JUST START IT, TEST IT, AND DO SOMETHING!

It’s time to get your marketing strategy implemented. Things will not change, if you do not change the way you do them.

You have just learned a whole new marketing concept; one that will enhance your philosophy, and productivity, in your business for a lifetime – no matter what business you may endeavour.

Emotional-response, marketing is surrounding you. Don’t be afraid to try it.

It is not necessarily a “new” concept. But now you have the knowledge, and the tools, to implement it directly to marketing your product or service.

If you try to “alter” the ingredients, or try to mix this with “image” advertising, you will not reap the rewards of effective, responsive marketing. Don’t be tempted to continue doing things the same way you always have and not even try a new approach, for if you do, you cannot expect different results. Doing the same things, the same way, will not and cannot produce different results.

You deserve to be very successful in your business. Your motivation to join this program is proof that you want to be even more successful. And anyone who is successful has not travelled the road alone. You need to continually seek help from others, and learn all you can from them.

So, let’s move to the next level, and continue reaching for the next level after that.

The opportunities you have been shown in this system are endless.

We wish we could offer the “magic pill”. We wish you could add water to this program, and have money in your hand the next day. We wish there wasn’t work involved. We wish we could promise that every approach you implement will be overwhelming with response.

However, that would be living in a dream world. The reality is, there is still work involved.

You will need to perform various “tests” of the approaches shown here, and learn along the way. You will also have to effectively follow up with your leads. There’s quite a bit involved.

Let me ask you though, “How bad do you want it? How hard are you willing to work to become a top business professional? If you already are, how will you strive for that next level?”

I ask this, because you need to realise that this program is a marketing system, not a “magic pill”. Running one ad will not guarantee a listing tomorrow, or a check the next day. However, the big difference between this type of marketing, versus spending thousands of dollars on gimmicky image advertising is: IT’S PROVEN TO GENERATE MORE QUALIFIED, INTERESTED LEADS MUCH MORE QUICKLY TO FOLLOW-UP WITH, WHICH PROVIDES A CONSTANT FLOW OF PROSPECTS AND CUSTOMERS/CLIENTS/PATIENTS IN YOUR PIPELINE AT ALL TIMES!

The opportunities you’ve been shown throughout this course are actually countless, and we often hear, “overwhelming”. That’s a good thing. You will never run out of marketing ideas!

At this point, we want to ease any feeling of “being overwhelmed” or wondering where in the world to start.

You do not need to do everything at once. We always recommend to “start small”, with the goal of always adding one or more marketing approach to your system.

We are here to help you out. But we can’t help, if you don’t ask for it. Please don’t ever feel frustrated, or refrain from asking any questions, or ‘give up’ after one or two tries. Just call or email us so we can fully understand your intentions and help you reach your goals.

To help you get started, below we have listed the first steps to take to get your marketing system into place. Once you do these, we can help create a plan of action for you to start with, and throughout the course of the next year, continually add to this plan of action to get you where you want to be!

  1. Fill out your Action Planner. Find out exactly what objectives you need to reach your financial goals. (We’ve put another one at the end of the manual. Please copy it before you use it so you have blank ones around to use for each project you think up BEFORE you take action!)
  2. Set up your 1800# Voice Mail. This takes about 24-48 hours. Please do not “cheat” and use a local number. If you do, you will decrease your response by at least 50%. Spend the $20 dollars or so a month. Isn’t it worth it, when it will produce 50% more calls? Let’s remember how much even one listing it may produce is worth! Also, make sure it has the caller ID feature. You do not want to ask the prospect to leave their phone number because this will actually cause more hang-ups or put up the “red flag” that a salesperson may call them!
  3. Record your Voice Mail script. See the examples in your materials.
  4. Investigate all the various publications that circulate in your area or industry. Start getting prices and deadlines. Also go to the library for a whole reference desk full of ideas!
  5. Place your first ad, upon conclusions drawn from our “Plan Of Action” for you.
  6. Contact the publication, and specify that you need the ad(s) run as shown in your materials. Don’t let them, or yourself, be tempted to add any cute logos, pictures, fancy borders, etc. Typically, a small publication is the best place to start. Request the upper right-hand corner of a right-hand page, above the fold.
  7. Prepare your reports.

Once your first ad is placed, make sure you check and clear your 1800# Voice Mail daily. You will want to try to contact them with the Pre-Mail phone call, and send their FREE report as quickly as possible. Make sure they receive it while their interest is peaked.

Now, just because you have your first ad placed, that doesn’t mean you should sit around and call your 1800# voice mail number all day checking for leads. Or fall into the “keeping your hands busy syndrome”.

No, you should be reviewing your “Plan Of Action”. What’s next? What else should you get started on? What else should you implement?

Remember, you want to “test, test, test” and “take some great advice and diversify”. In addition, “Don’t put all your eggs in one basket!”

Along with reviewing your “Plan Of Action”, take a few minutes to scan the Table of Contents of this book.
